About part number BJ32-18808-ACA tweeter is a small loudspeaker that handles high-frequency audio, such as treble notes and voice clarity, within the vehicle in-car entertainment system. It is connected to the audio amplifier or main sound unit and sits alongside the larger door speakers. When it is working correctly, the driver notices clear, crisp sound without distortion or cracking from the upper audio ranges. To confirm this is the correct component for your vehicle, you must check that the part number printed on your original unit matches BJ32-18808-AC. Manufacturer reference numbers are usually stamped or printed on the plastic casing or the rear magnet of the speaker. Matching this exact number is the only way to guarantee it will fit and function properly. A tweeter is usually replaced because the speaker cone has split, the internal coil has burnt out, or the sound has become muffled and distorted. When fitting a replacement, you typically need basic trim removal tools to safely release the surrounding door cards or speaker grilles without damaging the interior clips.
