About part number K8D2-8005-ADA radiator is a key component of the engine cooling system. It receives hot coolant from the engine block through rubber hoses, passes the fluid through thin internal channels, and uses airflow to lower its temperature before the coolant returns to the engine. When the radiator is working correctly, the engine operates at a stable temperature and the cabin heater receives steady warmth. To ensure this part is correct for your vehicle, you must check the part number directly on your original unit. The number K8D2-8005-AD is usually stamped or printed on a label on the plastic side tanks or along the top mounting edge. Matching this exact reference code is the only way to confirm correct fitment. Radiators are typically replaced due to stone impact damage, corrosion, or cracked plastic end tanks that cause coolant leaks and engine overheating. When fitting a replacement unit, a technician will usually require fresh engine coolant, replacement hose clips, and occasionally new rubber mounting bushes or sealing O-rings. |
