About part number 675000322 LHA bumper reflector is a passive safety component belonging to the vehicle body lighting system. Mounted on the rear bumper, it bounces light from the headlights of following vehicles back towards those drivers. This makes the vehicle visible in low light or at night, even when the main lighting system is turned off or parked at the side of the road. When it is working correctly, the driver will not notice any active output, but it ensures the vehicle remains clearly marked and legally compliant on the road. To confirm this part is correct for your vehicle, you must check that the manufacturer part number matches your original item. The part number for this left-hand side unit is 675000322 LH. On a reflector like this, the reference code is usually stamped directly into the plastic housing on the rear casing or along the mounting flange. Matching the part number is what determines whether it will fit your vehicle. A reflector is usually replaced because of impact damage from reversing, minor collisions, or when the plastic becomes cracked, discoloured, or waterlogged. When replacing this unit, a buyer commonly needs replacement plastic fixing clips, mounting screws, or double-sided adhesive tape, depending on how the original reflector was attached inside the bumper cutout. |
