About part number CK5246668BJA parcel shelf load cover is an interior trim component located in the luggage compartment. Attached behind the rear seats, it extends across the boot space to conceal personal belongings from view and help reduce noise from the back of the cabin. When the cover is fitted and operating correctly, the driver notices a quieter ride and a tidy, secure load area. To confirm that this parcel shelf is the correct replacement for your vehicle, you must check that your original part bears the number CK5246668BJ. Manufacturer part numbers are typically stamped, moulded, or printed on a label on the underside or edge of the cover. Matching this exact part number is the only way to guarantee a proper fit. Parcel shelves are commonly replaced when the retractable mechanism fails, the fabric becomes worn or stained, or the side mounting clips snap. When installing a replacement load cover, you may also need to source any missing trim locator clips or support brackets if the originals were damaged when the previous cover failed. |
