About part number 43R-011119A vehicle window glass provides safety, protection from the weather, and clear visibility for the driver and passengers. As part of the bodywork and glazing system, it fits into the door frame or body shell and connects to the surrounding rubber seals or window regulator mechanism. When it is working correctly, it keeps wind noise and water out of the cabin while allowing a clear view outside. To ensure this part is correct for your vehicle, you must check the part number stamped directly onto the glass. On glazing, this number is usually found printed or etched in one of the lower corners alongside the manufacturer markings. Matching the part number 43R-011119 exactly is the only way to confirm it will fit correctly. Glazing is typically replaced because of cracks, heavy scratching, or damage from impact. When fitting a replacement glass, a person usually needs fresh sealant or a new rubber weather strip to ensure a watertight fit, along with suitable trim clips to reattach any interior door panels or body mouldings that were removed during the job.
