lower bracket needs replacement as its snapped, a few marks on lens
the mounting lugs are good, the lower front bracket has snapped but this part is held on by screws and is replaceable, one of the mounting holes for this bracket have damage but easy fix
this is a £3500+ headlight off a 24 plate, you won't get it cheaper without significant damage
